A paper balloon you can throw at people.

Step 1

Fold along diagonals of a square sheet of paper color side up.

Step 2

Fold paper in half both ways.

Step 3

Fold in half

Step 4

Fold diagonal indicated to second diagonal so that they touch.

Step 5

Repeat with the other side folding the diagonal indicated to the second diagonal.

Step 6

Fold over flap so it looks like the second picture.

Step 7

Fold bottom top corner to left middle corner.

Step 8

Repeat to second flap, folding bottom corner to middle left corner (or fold edge of flap to middle line).

Step 9

Repeat on other side

Step 10

Fold corner to middle line.
